The Health Care Management Group operates several senior living, nursing care, rehabilitation and memory care facilities in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. All of our facilities are locally owned and managed, and all uniquely different. In the past, we have allowed our individual brands to convey our message to the market, and after time, that path had weakened the overall corporate identity effort. All of our brands had different looks and tones.

We began our marketing relationship with Creative Dimensions when they produced a series of testimonial TV commercials for us, which incorporated a tagline and jingle that they created specifically for True Quality Collision Centers. This was our first foray into mass media advertising, and the Creative Dimensions team helped us through every stage of the project. They produced four TV spots on a very limited production budget, and the commercials are extremely professional and high quality.

True Quality Collision Centers
When we approached Creative Dimensions to assist us with getting our start-up company and brand off the ground, we provided them only with the name of the company. They took the brand development ball and ran with it. They began by doing a deep dive into our industry, learning what our competitors were doing and saying. From those learnings, they developed several on-strategy options for our brand logo.
Once the logo was finalized, Creative Dimensions developed the rest of our communication elements, ranging from business cards and stationery, to writing, designing and programming our website. We were once again presented with a number of strong design options, as well as a detailed outline, timeline and estimate of the web project. They also developed an email campaign to support our marketing efforts once our website went live.

Auto Claim Services
Stitching & Gluing Solutions supplies and services corrugated converting and pallet-making machinery of European manufacturers to the U.S. We needed to advertise in industry publications to spread the word that these premier suppliers’ array of machinery is now available in the United States.
We found Creative Dimensions through a Google search, then met with Amy and Steve for introductions. With only a handful of images and brochures from our suppliers, and a short meeting to discuss key points, they came back with several ad concepts that hit the mark 100%!
